For my abstract paintings I work mostly with acrylic paint and for my portraits I use oil paint. I'm originally from the Netherlands and moved about 8 years ago to the US. Since I was little I've been painting and drawing, I have taken many fine art (college level) courses over the years to improve my skills and have been a painting instructor for 2 years. I have a day job as a design director and work part-time as a fine artist from my studio at home.
