I am proficient in exercise prescription, fitness, program design, exercise instruction, basic nutrition, and the like. I hold a Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Level 1 Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and a B.S. in Exercise Science. I take pride in instruction of functional exercise to individuals ranging from the ages of 13-99. I have worked with athletes, apparently healthy individuals looking to lose weight, gain strength and muscle, individuals recovering from a stroke, post-physical therapy, as well as many other conditions.
