As a certified Exercise Physiologist I can help you become stronger, more flexible and/or achieve better balance or cardio fitness. I can also design a fitness program specifically for your needs whether you are just beginning, want to upgrade your fitness or desire to experience something new. I love to work with people who are just beginning and as a former gymnastics coach I can challenge you if that is what you want and are ready for. Currently I am working with women ages 50 and older online or in person. I like "Body Weight" training as I find it is safer, can be done anywhere and gives a total body workout. Also it works well with online training and is great for those who love to travel. Never again will you will have to worry "Is there a gym/fitness center where I am traveling to". I studied at Florida Atlantic University and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) My certification is from ACSM.
