The most challenging project I accomplished was a staffing site called sitestaff com. I was incharge of the whole project from start to finish. With a small budget and short deadline. I had to get a database set up. Design and build a site. Test it code it and continue to manage it all withing a few months. But it is a sucess and was well worth the experience.
