  • Developing of PFD and P&ID; considering the Technical Contract, Standard Code & Norms, Basic Design Data, Mass Flow Balancing, Pressure Drop, and the Hazop analysis etc.

 

  • Designing Specification of Piping Classes, Pump, Heat Exchanger, Compressor, Cooling Tower, Filter, Blower, Dryer, Heater, AC-Ventilation, OHT, Control Valve, Pressure Relief Valve, Expansion Bellow and the Valves & Strainers, etc.

 

  • Design drawing of Pressure Vessel, Expansion Tank, Process Tank, and the Storage Tank.

 

  • Developing of Piping Equipment Layout and the Scope Layout including the TOPs.

 

  • Preparation of General Arrangement of Pump House, Compressor Room, Boiler / Steam Room, AC-Ventilation Room, Filtering House, WTP, WWTP, STP, ETP, Fire Fighting System, Flare & Vacuum system, Slurry Piping system, Pneumatic Conveying System, Hydraulic system, and the Oil-Grease lubrication system.

 

  • Preparation of Piping Arrangement Drawings including Plans, Sections, Detail Views, Piping Spool detail drawings, Insulation & Tracing detail drawings, etc., along with the fabrication instructions.

 

  • Design drawing of Piping Support & Clamping.

 

  • Developing of Piping Isometric Drawing and the 3D Modeling of Pump House, Compressor Room, Boiler / Steam Room, AC-Ventilation Room, Filtering House, WTP, WWTP, STP, ETP, Fire Fighting System, Flare & Vacuum system, Slurry Piping system, Pneumatic Conveying System, Hydraulic system, Oil-Grease lubrication system, Pressure Vessel, Process tank, Storage tank, Pipe Trestle, Pipe Tunnel & Trenches and the Pipe Rack etc.

 

  • Generating Line Wise & Summarize BOQ for Piping, Support Materials, Insulation, Tracings etc., with the Specifications & Weight and the Valve Schedule with Specifications.

 

  • Analysis through the EPANET, CFD, etc.
