Lead an innovation project to develop and commercialize a food product. Begin with concept exploration, sizing the market and potential, framing and understanding the competitive set, developing and testing concepts, both qualitatively and quantitatively, building a business case, developing a commercialization plan, and building account-specific customer sell-in presentations. If necessary, source the product externally and qualify the new supplier.
