I have over 12 years of experience in food and drug safety and quality assurance. My experience ranges from dairy manufacturers to generic pharmaceuticals. I can provide consultation on environmental monitoring, GFSI certification, food safety plan development and review, quality management systems, traceability and recall, HACCP (including juice and seafood), quality control testing, and government regulations. I am currently the Director of Quality for a dairy manufacturer and have previously been the Site Quality Head for a generic pharmaceutical company.
