I have completed my Higher National Diploma in Food Technology. It covers over all aspects of Food Technology along with Food Nutrition, Food Analysis, and Quality Assurance & Food Safety, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Packaging, Sensory Evaluation & Product Development. And also I successfully completed the FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Course conducted by, SGS Lanka, and followed the Diploma in Food Quality Assurance conducted by the Sri Lanka Standard Institution. I have sound knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Managements System i.e. ISO 9001/ ISO 22000:2005, BRC Global Standard for Food Safety along with GMP, HACCP. I have about more than three years’ experience as Quality Assurance Executive in food manufacturing and exporting field and six months of experience as In Plant Trainee in Quality Assurance Department at Fonterra Brands Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. There I built up a sound knowledge on the technology of each and every production process. Along with these manufacturing processes I also gathered experiences on Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
