I am experienced Food Technologist from Nepal having more than 23 years experience in different food industries; Instant Noodles, Potato Chips, Chocolate Enrobed Wafer and Extruded Snacks, in different countries; Nepal, India, Nigeria, and Sudan, in different departments; Production, Quality Control, and Research and Development. I had started my career from junior level of Executive, Officer, hence well versed with the field work and currently working as Senior Production Manager, I am also actively involved in other activities like Quality Control, Research and Development and Maintenance. Though my designation was Production Manager, I had worked as Factory Manager heading Quality Control, Research and Development and Maintenance also in some previous companies. In few companies, I had worked since the beginning of the project and involved in machine selection, building design, lay out, and construction, Product design, Installation and commissioning of machines and utilities, trial and commercial production, Raw Material, Process and Product standardization also beside regular work. I had actively involved in establishment and maintenance of Management System (QMS, EMS and FSMS) in most of the companies. I am trained with Lead Auditors training Course on ISO 22000. I had worked as part time lecturer in college of Food Science and Technology for few years in college of Nepal. I had also worked as Business Development Manager in few Food Ingredients trading company of Nepal for few years.
