I have been living a plant-based diet for 8 years, 6 of which has been solely vegan. I have extensive knowledge going plant base as well as excellent experience with regards to food choices, diet, and wellness. I have used my experience to write two e-books for my coaching packages that are aesthetically pleasing, thorough, and chock full of information regarding a plant-based lifestyle. Besides having extensive experience with writing content for a plant-based lifestyle, I am well versed on various food-related subjects and can create original recipes, food-preparation guidelines, and can teach various skills that are handy in the kitchen.
