We are interested in the highest rates that are available for staking against a stablecoin such as USDC. This can be in ways like Yield Farming or Lending.
Chains to look into would include Ethereum, Solana, Avalance (AVAX), Polkadot (DOT), Cosmos (ATOM), or others.
