Form Design and Function

Taking any form of raw data and construct a usable form to liking of employer.  If you're needing something in excel that functions a certain way, a word doc that can serve as a template, or a PDF to be designed or fillable, I would provide the following services:

• Initail conversation/meeting by phone to understand what you're looking for
• Review you initial work or data
• Construct a draft and send it to you for your review
• Take any notes or feedback you have and apply them to the work
• Continue to apply the changes until the doc is complete
