As a Forum Poster, i post on forums for webmasters, so their forums are busy and popular. This i do by initiating new threads ( interesting thoughts, thought provoking conversations) or responding to existing ones and keep conversations going. As a Forum Moderator, i make sure forum users are getting their questions and comments responded to. I also block negative comments and comments that have broken the rule set by the webmaster. I generaly make sure things are running smoothly
