Supporting the Federal Business Team to assess the solicitation, response timeframe, capture maturity, resource requirements, teammates, facilities, and other proposal elements to determine the appropriate proposal resources, processes, facilities, and schedules to meet customer and internal proposal requirements; Extensive qualification in all of information systems methodology from conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training, quality review, and enhancement; Knowledge in areas of Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, Team/Project Management and Enterprise Resource Planning; Position will liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
