I've been with the BPO company for 7 years collectively. I've handled several different accounts - from Customer care, Sales, even Case Managing. In line with this, I have attended to different kinds of people and have gained meaningful experience through this as well. Being a Freelancer is new to me and therefore I view this as a Challenge. I am very much willing to learn and adapt as a freelance agent. I am knowledgeable with MS office and can work well under minimal supervision. I know with proper guidance I will be able to make it as a freelancer.
