I am an Adobe Certified freelance animator for Flash CS6! I can help you out by doing animatics, creating Flash Puppets for you to use, or draw out the scenes for you. Keep in mind, if you want an 8 minute animation done, it will probably take about a year to finish unless you hire additional animators to help me.
