I have a 10 year experience with the BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) business. Have recently worked for 8 years with an American Based Non-Profit Organization . As an employee, I pride myself in knowing that I work very hard , and follow the principles of integrity at all times. Just a year ago, I was awarded " Manager of the Year ". 3 years ago I started having problems with my speech. Last year, I was diagnosed as having Spasmodic Dysphonia . It is a functional disorder which causes involuntary spasms on the vocal chords when I speak. This is why I can no longer speak on the phone, or talk continuously. I am here because as a mom i want to still be able to provide for my children. And as an individual, i want to keep myself productive. And I know I have so much to offer, except that I can no longer speak. If I find anyone who will hire me and communicate with me through other means like chat, email or even messenger, I promise to give 200% of my effort. I might not know everything at first, but I learn fast, and I work very hard. I just hope I can still find work despite my condition. I am hopeful.
