I'm the author of 14 cookbooks published by major US publishers and am primarily known for my series titled "The 15-Minute Gourmet." Now, on a freelance basis, I develop recipes and write food and travel stories. This has led to being an enrichment speaker on cruise ships around the world for the last 25 years. I have been to 120 countries where I visit the main sights but also get off the beaten path. Some of my time is spent in food markets where I study the foods and cultures of the locals. As a professional photographer, I document everything with photos and would be able to supply images to accompany travel and food stories.
