I, Shaira Kwin Bacuetes, am a tireless seeker of knowledge, an occasional purveyor of wisdom, and a talented visual artist and graphic designer. 

My primary advantage is being observant. I am good at paying attention, especially to details. I am calculated when making decisions, usually thinking before acting. I need to provide sufficient facts and reasoning. Therefore, I typically think thoroughly before giving out opinion. As a private person, I don't reveal my hand too soon and I understand how important it is to protect my client's personal information and to use them appropriately. I like curiosity-provoking questions more than giving answers. It drives me from curiosity to action, giving my clients the right solutions from accurate data I obtained from thorough research. I also acknowledge the importance of giving my clients substantive reasons to buy my products and services by building a brand that resonates with their emotions.

 As a Graphic Designer, I can do the following: 

•Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral 

•Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule •Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines 

•Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Learning is my lifelong investment. I am currently enrolled in a six-weeks of extensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communication Technology. Identifying innovative approaches and improved solutions to business challenges both motivate and drive me. Observation, logic, determination, and independence are my foundation for success. My philosophy is that introducing fresh perspective and new techniques allow businesses to evolve and grow.
