I was trained as a laboratory scientist in microbiology and medical genetics, however transitioned to medical and educational writing. I've been doing medical writing for patients, scientists, physicians, and pharma for nearly 15 years. During that time, I've written on most topics across medicine in the form of manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals, presentations for physicians at medical meetings, and medical websites. I've worked in CME for several years, however most of my experience is related to pharma-supported promotional writing and strategic consultation. As I've worked in most therapeutic areas, I am most comfortable working in oncology, neurology, dermatology, and infectious disease.
