I've been into telemarketing industry for more than 5 years already; about two years of being a telemarketer, a year of being an Accounts Manager on the same company and almost two years of being a freelance telemarketer. On my tenure as an agent, I've handled several accounts like Insurances (Health, Life and Disability), Mortgage Refinancing, Home Improvements, Camera and Alarm Systems, Tax Solutions and Tax-Related Accounts and campaigns like Appointment and Phone Appointment Setting Accounts, Lead Generations and Pre-qualifying for Call transfers. As an Accounts Manager, it is my responsibility to oversee the agents and the campaign that they're handling, monitoring end of the day results and of the campaign in general. I am well-trained on lead generation and appointment setting. With my experience, I am proud to say that I'm versatile and can easily cope up with the adjustments on a certain account, hardworking and strives for excellence. Despite of these, I am still open on learning new things, open minded, receptive to new ideas and modesty aside, a fast learner.
