I am very disappointed and displeased with her and her work. My time and money has been wasted and it seems that she was only after the money without any much effort given.
First, she seemed to reply readily only at the beginning, during the hiring process. But after she submitted her first draft, and I wanted some editing, she first replied after more than 5 days. Next, after she was fully maid, I never heard from her again until this writing. At first she apologized for some personal issue, but when I asked for updates, no reply was given. I even gave her final warning before writing this.
The submitted work is a mess. There were a lot of grammatical errors. The tenses used were confusing. From first person to third person in the same paragraph. I was also obvious that she took parts from other works and combined it with some of her own. For example, the character was wearing black dress first, then will be suddenly blouse and skirt. It appears no effort was given.
I really regret hiring her.
