I started my own business called The Vancouver Seed Bank in 2006 - which I recently sold.  For the last fifteen years I ran the V.S.B. brick and mortar retail store in the city of Vancouver along with the store’s retail website.

Customer service and quality control were the main focus during my ownership of the Vancouver Seed Bank. Tracking germination issues, giving feedback to suppliers, maintaining the inventory and updating the website were daily tasks. 

I have basic HTML knowledge and experience with SEO for my businesses websites. Managing upwards of ten staff members to ensure their knowledge, customer service, communication skills and employment experience were suitable and positive..

Other daily duties included: email and phone communication with customers, order processing through Shopify and Wordpress powered websites.

During this time I also created many articles, guides, catalogues and videos which compiled all kinds of useful and complex information into concise points.
