I've been a travel professional for more than 20 years but I also have other interests and hobbies and I'm not afraid to research. My current professional expertise is what to do when things go wrong while traveling - lost baggage, delayed and canceled flights, voluntary and involuntary changes, fare rules and restrictions. I've been married to the same man for 26 years so I know a thing or two about building successful marriages and relationships. I've raised 2 children, I've done formal day care and I'm now the primary caregiver for my grandchildren so I have a good understanding of parenting and child developmental issues. I enjoy crafting in my spare time and know many techniques for many different kinds of projects (except knitting or crochet). I also enjoy writing - letters, resumes, ad copy, short stories, how-to's, articles, reviews. I have a strong understanding of English grammar, punctuation, spelling and vocabulary and would make a valuable initial editor.
