I have experience of working as a Sociologist at NTPC Limited where I was actively involved in preparing Data base of Project Affected Persons (PAPs), coordinating with District Level Officials in Hindi & English, assisting in the preparation of Rehabilitation Action Plan (RAP), preparing payment & settlement packages for rehabilitation, conducting meeting and imparting ITI training to villagers. I also have experience of working as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager of a reputed local Hindi daily where I was instrumental in collecting news information received from multiple media including emails, webmails and validation for publication And organizing meetings and conferences and preparing agenda and minutes for different events. I also possess a varied experience in the field of Logistics Incharge at Military Farm in my city where I was responsible for creating Logistics flow structure for supporting stationed troops and moving resources, Managing finances for ration procurement and non-military supplies and creating regular and exceptional reporting structure for Station Head. My Latest experience is in the field of teaching MBA Students at a reputed institution in my city where I took courses on Business environment, Operational management,Strategic management, HR development, Industrial relationship and was involved in creating business development plans and operation management for manufacturing industries.
