During my previous employment, I was spearheading hotel operation team and specialized in Customer Relation include handling complaint and resolution. Soon after, I was promoted in Sales & Marketing department as I was managed to maintain excellent customer service and increase sales metrics with upselling and cost reduction strategies. Then, I was headhunted to join Oil & Gas industry as HR & Marketing Manager.
