I am freelancer and am capable of doing part-time jobs that needed to be done in a timely manner. I can proof-read documents, edit, data entry and so on. I have two (2) years of experience as a customer service representative for an insurance company. I handled coverage inquiries, claims, payment process, data entry and appointment setting to name a few. After my experience as a customer support, I ventured to being a virtual assistant wherein I handled drop shipping, email support, chat support, product research and the likes. Due to my previous work experience, I have mastered the use of Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop. I have also developed a skill in converting PDF files to word documents and the such.
