I was a Team Leader/Supervisor in the BPO industry handling Customer Service and Technical Support for 7 years. I have handled accounts for ISP and Telcos in the United States. I was also a Process Improvement Manager who does Data Analytics and Action Planning. I have also handled a Chat Support account who caters customers for Telcos. I can also do Data Encoding, Audio Transcribing and many Administrative/Office Tasks. I know a bit of Photoshop since I also love photography.
