My name is William Pfleider, my previous job was working for Menulog for almost a year. I started out as part of their Data Entry Team and was trained to also help their Customer Service Team take inbound calls whenever needed. After 4 months I was transferred to Quality Assurance and Escalations were I would audit other agents works and made sure that it was perfect before setting it to live (meaning before showing it on their website), I would also handle emails and close cases, answer email inquiries from clients regarding about request for their restaurants and process their request. I'm confident that I can handle this task with flying colors. I can work well with less supervision, and I am very flexible and can work any hours. And I'm very devoted to my job.
