My name is Kheryss Gacuma interested in the appointment setter position. I used to work as a call center representative and tech support for various BPO companies, and have worked online as a outbound sales rep for 3 years (via odesk and golance) . I also have experience in writing (for a travel magazine). I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained for the last 5 years make me an ideal candidate for the position. I have developed strong customer service skills, am exceptional in sales, lead generation , and i can say that I have excellent communication skills.
