Hi , I've been a year in a Telemarketing industry, I worked as an appointment setter in janitorial services, as an appointment setter, i am the responsible to contacting the leads over the telephone to generate appointments, but working as an appointment setter can be a lot of pressure and challenges because we were asked to surpass different kind of gatekeepers in order to reach the right person to talk to regarding the Service And also I worked as a qualifier in a Health Insurance Company, we're the one who call the customer and offers health insurance then asking them some pre-qualifying questions then if they're qualified we do warm transfers. My last job was in a MCA ( Merchant Cash Advance) campaign wherein we call the business owner and offer working capital for business we also do live transfer in a loan officer if the customer is qualified. For me, to have a high quality service, you have to take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
