Having been in the sales of credit cards for the account of MBNA Canada in the year of 2013-2014,where i was able to hone my skills as seller by practicing various tasks such as responding appropriately to customers inquiries,helping them (customers) understanding the company's products and benefits,solving their complaints if ever and also signing them up for the same both by operating inbound and outbound calls,i am currently in the search of a job in the area of French Customer Service/associate that will fit my passion. My background and professional experiences that followed this experience in the financial area as well,i.e a french Language Specialist for the account of Mondelez International enabled me to get an additional and deeper understanding of human psychology,especially in dealing with irate clients expecting their payments and also sharpen my negotiation skills and ability to cope up with certain degree of stress in the same field of activity.
