I am passion in design and enjoy while I am using my skills and experience to bring a perfect interface to user and easy to use . I can create a landing page when user click on anchor in navigation bar the page smoothly scroll to the intended section this section become active to user to be clear which section is being viewed. I offer to create Landing page including the following: -Links in navigation bar with the same number of sections in page itself - The section actively being viewed will be differentiated by adding different color - The link in navigation bar will remain active if user clicks on it -When user clicks on navigation item, the item will smoothly scroll him to the appropriate section rather than giving him the default jump. -Designing the page itself using CSS and HTML as per your ideas
