First and foremost, the ability to work hand-in-hand with clients in helping them understand their expectations from the end solution, hence deriving requirements. Secondly, the ability to transform customer's requirements into thoughtful design and finally build/develop into an elegant user experience. Finally, I am really good at picking new challenges and technologies, and allow fellow team members to grow along with them. I think I've gained some of these qualities throughout my career. I started my career as a business analyst that helped me develop the understanding and patience to work with the clients to help them realize what they may be looking for. In the next phase of my career, my educational background in computer science helped me transition into a developer role where I had worked with several teams to develop some sophisticated solutions using different web technologies. Lastly, I have also been fortunate enough to work as an educator/trainer that allowed me to help people in understanding new challenges and learning new technologies. So given my work experience in these different phases, I think I suit perfectly for this position.
