2- Online Recruitment - Using Boolean Searches (Strings) on job boards (Dice, MONSTER, Indeed, Ziprecruiter), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases to find applicants that fit desirable skills and experiences. For both permanent and temporary positions, sourcing applicants via searches, job listings on the Internet, employee recommendations, in-house database, and personal network.
