I've been freelancing as a human resource business partner for four years now, and I have experience in handling the end-to-end facet of HR. I am most proficient in the area of recruitment, selection, and placement. Since 2019, I've partnered with multiple companies, both local and international, and have been in charge of their whole recruitment process. That's also where I've built my business model on. I’ve successfully conducted more than 20,000+ screenings, more than 600+ interviews, and the successful selection and hiring of more than 80 employees in Southeast Asia.

My recruitment process starts with market salary research, job description creation, passive and active recruitment, personality and technical test, initial interview screening, background checks, final interview scheduling, job offer negotiation, up to onboarding assistance.
