Our trades people have worked with (not limited to) the planning departments of the London Borough of Waltham Forest, Hackney, Enfield and Lambeth and also have significant private sector experience in North and East London boroughs such as; Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Islington, Camden, Bexley, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham. 

Before a build can start we Need four (4) documents:

1. Planning Plans 2. Structural Steel Calculations / Plans 3. Building Control Plans 4. Party Wall Service

Once the 4 documents have been produced we will be required to:

- 5. Local Council Authority: Seek approval from the Local Council Authority by submitting an application to the Local Authority for an assessment. 6. Building Control: If GRANTED by the Local Authority we will then seek engagement with the Building Control Regulations Office no later than 2 weeks before the project build commencement date. Building Control will make appointed regular visits at set stages during the project to project end.
