My name is Shashikant Vaishnav. I am originally from Pune, India. I enjoy creating usable, intuitive, and fast web applications. Making beautiful and meaningful tools means my code tends to be modular, well commented, and accessible as the application itself. I have a combination of creative and analytical thinking. I often bring my own product eye into consideration when developing for usability. My experience in developing end to end product with my current startup Valar Digital. I was involved in talking to the client and delivering them the best whilst also involved in coding. I would describe myself as a self-directed worker who thinks through the big and little picture. Communication and independent project management are keys to my productivity. I enjoy learning new tools, frameworks, best coding practices in order to be more efficient. Sharing, collaborating and working with others in an open environment is ideal for me as a work environment. Being a people person means I care about the people I work with.
