Responsibility: 

1. Collaborated with the Website development team which included Product Manager, Program Manager, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance, and Market Researcher in identifying software problems, testing methods, and the best products for the customers.

2. Actively participated and engaged the Software Support team in resolving communication issues.

3. Worked closely with website management/development teams when coming up with integration tests and writing code for new features of the website after which we furnished the site and then we signed off the contract with no hassle.

4. Helped in network installation in customer premises since Mawingu networks is an ISP(Internet service provider).
