I find this work can be done by me as I am having good knowledge of PHP language and expertise in Laravel framework.
Planning to work because I have worked on this kind of requirements in past too. We can connect on skype/slack/telegram or mail for communication. I will try to provide best results in my work.
Regarding my experience, I have recently worked on Laravel api project where I need to call python based apis and fetch the response, based on that need to do some calculation and store in DB.
Other than this, I have also worked on course/event organiser site which is Laravel + React, in which course can be either viewed or purchased.
Strictly following good coding structure for better and less efforts.
