Project Methodology:

We follow the Agile Scrum Methodology, where we develop the product in increments of MVPs.

We first get the business requirements from the Customer and understand the needs of the products and its users to meet the Stakeholders requirements.

We then define the user stories and pick the most important ones first based on the mutual understanding with the client and based on that provide ETA of the MVPs. We deliver the project based on these MVPs and demo.

This gives better visibility to the clients of its product deliverables.
