My belief in websites is that they should be crafted beautifully; not only from the overall visual but all the way through to the code that powers it. I have a great passion and enthusiasm for the web, especially the user-experience and phycology of converting customers which has been with me since my degree in Computer Science. I've held the position of 'Head of Digital' at a marketing agency where I was able to craft the digital department by implementing development best practises (Agile, Git flow), consult and advise on user interface and user experience design and ensure projects always ran on budget and time.
