I started programming really early when I was 13. Let's start: I am Senior Ruby on Rails Expert. I develop in Ruby (on Rails) since 2011. Over 17 years of experience in IT with a strong programming and algorithmic background. I am the full-stack web developer with Master CS Degree and solid algorithmic and theory basics. Pragmatic. I have been starting in TopCoder contests, Computer Science Olympiads and other competitions. I was working in 12+ startups. I enjoy challenges, improving, optimizations, refactoring and automatization. I love creating things. My analytical skills help people to quickly recognize and fix many problems. I am entrepreneurial thinking. It means, I do focus on helping people to save their time, offer my ideas, propose possible (the best) solutions and cost effective changes. I think forward. Linux enthusiast. I use Linux every day. No problem with setting up new instance from scratch, update configs, setup nginx, database and create some scripts. I was successfully working on Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, OVH and DigitalOcean infrastructure. I don't have any problems with delivering tested and clean code. TDD/BDD/CI. Some technologies: ruby on rails (all versions), ruby 1.8-2.x.x, rspec, cucumber, capybara, prawn, bootstrap, haml, sintra, heroku, stripe, grape, redis, memcached, git, twilio, sphinx, elasticsearch and more and more. The number of gems i was using before is really huge. I have an experience also in C/C++/C#, Java, PHP (phpcase, symphony), Python (django), Prolog, Haskel, Pascal, Turbo Pascal and other exotic languages.
