  I started my career in 2007 with a Siemens Industry Software distributor in China, where I was responsible for customizing Siemens Teamcenter solutions to meet the product lifecycle management needs of manufacturing industry clients. This role included secondary development, testing, deployment, and training, helping clients transition from traditional to IT-based management models. During this time, I primarily served as a Java developer, creating features according to design documents.

    From 2011 to 2018, I worked with a Chinese distributor of PTC, providing services based on Windchill. During this period, my role evolved from software developer to business consultant and finally to project manager. I delved deeper into how IT solutions can meet client needs, involving system design, project management, and resource coordination, ensuring successful project delivery.

 Since 2018, I have been with Chengde Wanwei KeYuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on software development for the educational sector. Here, I not only participated in several small projects but also led my team to successfully develop and launch two innovative educational industry applications, significantly enhancing our company's competitiveness and influence in the industry:
1.Student Growth Management System:

This cross-platform app, developed using the Uni-app architecture with a Spring-Boot backend and Oracle 12c database, is designed for high school teachers and parents. It allows real-time tracking of students' activities at school, including discipline issues, good deeds, exam results, and term evaluations. Once entered into the system, all student activities and performances are meticulously recorded. The system also automates the creation of comprehensive quality evaluation files for students, greatly simplifying the complex process of preparing graduation documents. After its launch, the app quickly gained popularity in multiple high schools in Chengde, significantly improving administrative efficiency. According to statistics from the First Middle School of Weichang in Hebei, the system increased their work efficiency by over 90%. The success of this system also drove the app's download numbers in the Apple Store and Android Store to quickly exceed 50000.
