The Process
- Client Intake and Branding - After receiving the complete information, the next step will be branding the website with the necessary digital imaging requirements. This is inclusive of any company logo, company business profile, fonts, colors, and images provided.
- Content Integration - The content provided is integrated according to the page layouts for basic web design. After the branding of the web build is completed, the content provided is integrated using the chosen template’s inner-page layout, which includes the Home Page, About Us Page, Contact Page, and up to two pages of your choice.
- Revision Cycle - Once the branding and content integration is completed, you will be provided an insight into the website in preparation for your revision phase. These revision implementations accommodate the following feedback if required:
- Removal of sections
- Color scheme
- Fonts
- Image Changes
- Content Integration
- Banner Elements (Not redesign)
- Social Media Links
The feedback helps to ensure we're on the right track for getting your website up and running.
- Pre-Launch Quality Assurance - Once the revisions are completed, the quality check ensures the website is mobile-friendly and dynamically responsive for modern browsers and devices. As an added measure, Akismet will be installed free of charge, to help prevent spammers commenting or submitting forms on your website.
- Website Migration - Once the Quality Assurance process is complete, migration of the site to your hosting provider begins. During this period, I will require access to your hosting account, so please ensure the access credentials and tokens have been provided.
- Post-Launch Quality Assurance and Handover - Once the site has been migrated, it will be once again checked to ensure the site is fully functional and working as intended through our predefined checklist.
