I will work for rates between $16 and $40 an hour depending on the difficulty and length of the job and I am willing to discuss project budgets on a case by case basis.

 I am proficient in jQuery, NodeJS, CSS, MySQL, and ExpressJS. I understand the syntax of Python and would be willing to work in different programming languages from Javascript but I might be slow when starting.

I also understand the basics of the technical process of SEO like where to place meta tags, google webmaster, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, keyword concentrations, and proper file structures for SEO.
