I am an experienced founder and CTO with full stack development knowledge. I have a team of 5 developers with strengths in design/UI, web/mobile app development, as well as product management. I am offering services to completely develop a live web and/or mobile application from start to finish. A full preliminary project specification will be completed before any programming begins so that goals, deadlines, and expectations are as clear as possible throughout the entire process. All project management will be handled on my end with well documented progress reports. I will recommend we use these technologies but am open to others since our team is highly agile and quick to learn new languages and frameworks: I prefer a project-based rate quoted after the preliminary specification is complete. Hourly rates can be negotiated, but the final rate will be determined by taking into account the entire team of developers.
