Experience of working in Agile ,Waterfall and V- Model. ? Knowledge and hands on experience of working in Cards domain, Credit bureau, Insurance domain and Risk management. ? Proficient in functional, regression, UAT and system integration (SIT). ? Sound knowledge of VB scripting. ? Defining and maintaining the processes like Metrics Data, Quality Violation reports, SLAs, WSR, MSR, News letter. ? Hands on experience in using Tools like Quality Center , ALM , JIRA , Share Point. ? Good Team Player with good communication skills and good leadership qualities.
