I have been a hobby programmer since I began teaching myself C, and good old HTML 3.x at age 16. From there I became completely taken by the more technical side of computers. Before my 17th birthday, I was administrating my very own RedHat Linux 5.2 server, and running an online text-based game. Since then, until March of last year, I would learn programming languages strictly as a hobby. I enjoyed the challenge they provided, and I loved to create new things. I decided to venture into the area of web development with PHP and MySQL, and continued working towards my goal of learning C++ and Java. March of last year, I enrolled at Westwood College of Technology Online, and began working toward my Associates in Software Engineering. I am in my final term of school as of now, and along the way I've learned several languages in the .NET family, as well as Standard Template Library (STL) C++, JavaScript, Java, and many techniques in all of the above.
