An in-briefing, desk review, related employee interviews and out-briefing will be included. The assessment includes review of your current Quality Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), if they are available. You will receive a copy of the completed Gap Assessment Checklist and an Executive Summary Report with recommendations for next steps. Estimated completion time is within one business week.
